000 / Emergency Services - Call test process

When installing a new telephony service (be it PBXaaS, Business VoIP or otherwise) we recommend making a test call to emergency services to ensure that 000 dialling is operating correctly.

NB: It is very important that you do not quiz the operator for information other than what can be requested, as shown on the PDF, as this consumes time that could be otherwise used for emergency calls.
