1. Browse to http://portal.controlnetworks.com.au
2. Click My Details on the menu
3. Click Change Password on the sub-menu
4. Enter your existing password
5. Enter your new password twice
6. Click Save
Password Complexity:
Your password must meet the following minimum complexity requirements:
Be at least 8 characters long
Contain both numbers and letters
Contain a capital letter, or a special character
Must not contain sequential numbers, dates or names
A note on password security:
Never disclose your password to anyone, or record it in a place accessible to others.
Do not log into your account from a computer without up-to-date anti-virus software, as 'trojan worm'
viruses may obtain your password maliciously and breach your account's security.
