Recording Inbound Calls

Inbound call recording settings are configured on a per-number basis.  

 

Before enabling call recording, please review our Call Recording Disclaimer.

 

To enable recording of inbound calls to a number:

  1. Log in to the VoIP Commander webApp.
  2. Click the Phone Numbers Tab
  3. Locate the phone number and click the Edit Details button
  4. Tick the Record Inbound Calls box
  5. Click Save

 

Changes to this setting can take up to 15 minutes to take effect.

Calls will now be recorded and will be available on the Logs tab in VoIP Commander to playback or download.
