If you are receiving the following message when attempting to run your BackupAssist job

please check your BackupAssist configuration, ensuring that you have specified the / following /backups. For example:
rsync://Cust#@cb.neural.net.au:Cust#/backups/
Depending on your version of BackupAssist, you need may to add a space after the last / for the string to be honoured.
