Calling 1902 Numbers

1902 numbers cannot be called from any of our Voice over IP telephony services, including Business VoIP and PBX as a Service.

This is a limitation of VoIP in Australia in general, as there is no means to pass the call billing information from POTS through to VoIP at this time.

Should you wish to dial a 1902 number, please use a mobile phone or a fixed line service.
