Annex M

Annex M enables you to increase the upload speed of a connection, at the cost of a small amount of the download speed.  This is highly recommended in most cases as it allows for significantly more audio channel capacity for VoIP services, faster backup speeds for backup services and various other benefits.

Please note that a surcharge applies for Annex M connections - please see the PriceBook in Portal for details.
