Can I call 000 or emergency numbers from my service?

You are advised to call 000 from a legacy landline phone, and not over VoIP. VoIP services are a supplementary service designed to co-exist with your landline or mobile phone. Due to the nature of the internet, there are many outside factors that can prevent normal operation of your VoIP service, particularly in the event of a fire or power outage. For this reason, it is strongly advised to dial emergency numbers only from your mobile phone or legacy landline phone.
