How do i configure my phones?

Please note this article applies only to legacy Control Networks "Hosted PBX" and not to "PBX as a Service", which supersedes this product

If you have a compatible phone, you can automatically configure your phone through the PBX web interface.

 

To access this function:

1. Go to https://voip.controlnetworks.com.au/
2. Log in
3. Click "Configuration"
4. Select "Phone provisioning"
5. Select Your phone model
6. Apply the firmware update (if applicable)
7. Enter the IP address of the phone
8. Select the extension to provision the phone to
9. Click the provision button
10. The phone will automaticaly reboot. When it come back on it will be configured and ready to use with your PBX.



For all other phones:

1. Go to https://voip.controlnetworks.com.au/
2. Log in
3. Click "Configuration"
4. Select "Phone provisioning"
5. Select "Other"
6. The settings for your phone are displayed
