Credit Card Payment Policy

All payments of Control Networks the online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.

  1. Control Networks accepts the following cards:
    • American Express
    • MasterCard
    • Visa
  2. Control Networks does not accept:
    • EFTPOS
    • Diners Club
    • JCB
    • Other debit cards.
  3. When making a payment via credit card to Control Networks, funds will be deducted from your credit card in AUD.
  4. Payments are debited to Control Networks Data Services Pty Ltd.
  5. Credit card payments are secure:
    • Payments will be processed directly by Westpac Bank
    • Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
    • Credit card numbers are stored in a secure off-internet encrypted database with stringent access security policies
  6. Control Networks will confirm your payment details by way of provision of a receipt via e-mail.
  7. Automatic credit card payments are processed before the due date of the invoice.  This is done to ensure adequate time to make arrangements for an alternative payment method prior to the due date of the invoice in the event that the credit card(s) on file does not work.
  8. In the event that you wish to dispute a charge on an invoice, you must lodge this dispute via our online Portal at http://portal.controlnetworks.com.au/ under the "My Account" section.  This will prevent the automatic credit card payment system from deducting a charge for the invoice in question until such time as the dispute ticket is closed.
  9. Use of Control Networks' online credit card payment facilities is subject to the terms of our Master Services Contract (MSC).
  10. Control Networks' Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
