You can configure new fax numbers by ordering numbers in termination manager, and configuring them as fax numbers.
1. Go to http://voip.neural.net.au and login with your Customer Portal username and password.
2. Click the Phone Numbers tab
3. Click "edit route" next to the number you wish to change the delivery address for
4. Select the destination type as fax to email and enter the new e-mail address for faxes to be delivered to
4. Click save
Faxes sent to this number will now be delivered to the e-mail address specified.
Please allow up to 5 minutes for this change to take effect.
