To check the email address that your received faxes are being delivered to, please log into http://fax.controlnetworks.com.au using your Customer Portal username and password.
Once logged in, select the Inbound tab, then choose My Fax Numbers. This will list all the phone numbers associated with your fax to email service. Please locate the number in this list, or alternatively enter the phone number in the search box. Under Routing, you will see the destination email address.
Should you wish to change the email address, simply click Change Route, update the email address and click save.
